It is the customer's responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receipt if an item(s) reaches you within 24 hours to be eligible for a claim or refund. If the package has visible damage on the outside, please fully inspect the package before accepting it. If an item has been damaged during shipping, you may need to provide us with details such as a description of damage to the item(s) and pictures of the damage. Please be sure to save all packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when returning an order. In the event an order is returned in a condition other than new, we will refund your full purchase (less shipping) minus a 35% restocking fee (at our sole discretion) the same will apply if any of the following occurs:

It is customer's responsibility to follow the instructions supplied for returning any items. If any item(s) is not returned to the supplied addresscontained in the return instructions sent with the return authorization email or if any item(s) are returned without previous authorization, we will refuse the return or send the order back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred. Ifwe need to ship the item(s) back to the customer or the appropriate destination because the customer did not follow the instructions given, the customer will also be responsible for an additional $10 service fee. If a customer refuses an order or if it is not accepted/received and return to us, we are required to intercept or change the address of an already active shipment there will be an additional nonrefundable $15 processing fee.
